Like I've said before, I found a love eternal
It grows stronger by the day
everyday far from perfect but
our love always finds a way
I know in my heart God matched my
husband for me because he is so gentle.
And then I am the one
who is quite sentimental
For this I am thankful
He makes me so happy too!
(I can't say his name on MPS) but
*******I LOVE YOU!*******

THANKS FOR SHARING ~ CHRIS ~ You have lovely Structure ! Metered Quatrains and a consistent rhyming pattern xaxa xbxb then xcxc ! I love the Subject too ~ Love of ones Spouse. It is good to be grateful to GOD for all His blessings.. I admire your discretion ~ too much information can attract TROLLS ! Hugs in the Spirit ~ BRIAN
Thanks for your reply. I appreciate your review! Hugs in spirit--Christina
I know about the anonymous thing. I try to be generic when it comes to family as well. But, your hubby seems like a wonderful partner. That is so great for you. And, you deserve the best!
I wrote a really half decent one yesterday. It did him a little more justice. He is really great, thank you. Yes, you have to be generic. We all deserve the best! Thanks for your kind words WBL! They are appreciated!
Very welcome Christina!
Wonderfully written and expressed
Thank you!
Welcome
Makes it hard to understand how some couples just don't make it. You and yours are very lucky. Like you say it is not all roses, but likely you both work at it. nicely done.
THanks Augustus!
I have said it before but without wanting to sound like a stuck record,
He sounds like a very lucky guy..... nicely poemed Christina...... Neville
Well, thanks Neville, I'd rather say I'm the lucky one. Appreciate the read as always!
