DNA spiraling out of control
Creates challenges manyfold.
Tiny fragments broken within
Alter brain, bone, liver and skin.
Many organs are not immune.
A double helix sequence hewn.
Environment spiraling out of control
DNA challenges the future untold.

Cancer is such a big worry and there are so many forms - yes our diet and life styles are questionable as your great poem indicates.
I can't remember the name of the book I read last year but hormones in meat and residual pesticides were some of what I remember. Thanks.
cancer nuclear war in the body, your facts are sad but true. the clock is ticking.
I'm in the hospital as we speak. The sand is running out of the clock. Thanks.
I am so sorry to hear that, I wish you the best Augustus,
get well soon!
King of Kings
Oh’ King of Kings
I beg can you forgive me
With your grace put my mind at ease
I have walked down in the valley
The shadow hath been cast upon me
You held me up when I stumbled
To the madness you brought sanity
I faced the beast and I slew him
You gave me strength you walked with me
Oh’ King of Kings
I beg for your forgiveness
At times I thought that you had abandoned me
I was afraid down in the valley but now I can see
Oh’ King of Kings bless my spirit
And let me walk with thee
Oh wow. Thanks so much.
You are so much more than welcome, I wrote this after a combat tour in Vietnam
I served with the 5th marines infantry regiment, I was afraid. ww
I copied it on to my document file where I will visit it often. I was lucky. I spent Vietnam in Valdosta GA. Moody Air Force base. Thanks for your service.
Thank You Augustus and thank you for your service,

Horrible subject..
But great poem
Thanks for reading and commenting.
Mr. Augustus, I pray that you get well very soon. It saddens me to hear that you are in the hospital.
Thank you new friend. I am home now.
I pray you stay well and we can correspond more thorough our newly found poetry.
Than you and all prayers welcomed. Prior to my illness I did blacksmithing and woodworking. I'm too weak for that. Writing helps keep me from being totally depressed.
No time for depression; but to write and write...
