I met a man
His inner beauty is his skin
His touch like that of the ocean
Exfoliating my soul
My feet have taken me so many places
But have never crossed a path like his
My hands have felt so many faces
But never locked perfectly with another like a matching puzzle piece
His smile is too perfect
it makes my heart skip a beat
What I feel suffocates me
Burying me further than six feet deep
I met a man
And he is forever here to stay
Someone I can finally call mine
And he's promised his love will never fade away.
