A Work In Progress

Garryd85

I am an work in progress, but only God knows my past. Storms will forever come, but they will surely forever pass. Because after the showers and turmoil, the sun will always shine. My Father told me that my burdens are his, and to know that they are not mine. He said to just keep my faith, and to never give up hope. Because at the end of the day, only me and you will know. What you did and had to go through, to walk through that heavenly door. So as I live each day not knowing, what the next day is going to bring. I just keep my faith in God, knowing his kingdom will forever reign.

WELCOME GARRY Thanks for your first poem. It is blend of uncertainty and hope ~so it is something we can emphasise with. We are all "A Work in Progress" ~ Who we are is God's gift to us ~ What w make of ourselves is our gift back to GOD ! Irespective of how things are going ~ having Faith in God 24/7 is so so important and a key factor in making sure our PROGRESS keeps on the right lines ! Yours BRIAN (UK) Please check my poems ~ Thanks B.
