Reivax Camlost

One mile walked and one million doors

Until I smile sadly there at yours

And turn away face ashen gray once more

Ah, this could have a number of interpretations. At first I read it without reading the title. I believe the title is the clue. Nicely done.

Beguiling - super stanza which allows your own interpretation

Thanks for the feedback, and you're absolutely right about the interpretations. I never limit my poems to one, or two, or really any number of interpretations.

My poems often have two titles, for the two easiest to grasp interpretations of that poem- however, this is not to say that there are not more.
