You looked into eyes that were blinded
You heard a voice that was silenced
You felt a hand with no touch
You kissed lips oh so rough
You felt a heart with no beat
You saw what the mirror wouldn't see
They saw a girl with no soul
You saw a girl who needed hope
You looked aside
You didn't hide
You saw me for me
