Time to forget the hurt
Time to forgive myself
Time to let people in

Time to be me
If thats possible
I know things are possible

an ethereal forgiveness poem ~ beautifully penned.
I think forgiveness may be difficult because we see it as helpful to those who have harmed us, rather than helpful in giving our own selves peace. I forgave the drugged out driver who hit and killed my daughter, mostly to regain my sanity. Your words are very heartfelt and have the feel of a kind spirit. Thank you for being you and sharing this poem.
