And the victory is mine
I fought the war and came out fine
I'm a star so I'll always shine
I broke the rules
And I crossed the line
I feel great and so alive
And this all started
From just one sign
I'm animated and motivated
It's a natural high
I'm so elated
Sometimes I get discouraged
And want to give up
But I wouldn't accomplish much
By giving up when things got tough
And after everything I've been through
After all the hurt and pain
Everything that should have broken me
Just made me great again
From the people who tried to hurt
My physical and mental frame
The abusive relationship
That almost drove me insane
Because of these things
I will never be the same
I'm trying so hard
To live a happy and peaceful life
I don't expect it to be perfect
But I'm determined to get things right
There's not a door in this world
That true beauty can't open
So I stay positive
And never stop hoping
And when I start feeling low
I hold my head up high
I adjust my crown
Knowing I survived
I put a smile on my face
And tell the drama goodbye
Because I've found my happiness
I've found my peace
I was searching for something
That I found within me
It's a beautiful feeling
It's so uplifting
I feel so relived
