Boy and a Bird

Jesse Kuusemets

She flew up high in to the sky,

looking beautiful as ever.

She didn't even have to try,

she knew, someone loves her forever.

There was a boy watching her,

hoping he could fly,

so his problems would turn into a blur

and he wouldn't be so shy.

"Or maybe I could turn into a bird"

he though "so I could meet her,

I would give her my word,

that we would live happily ever after."
