Lust for Love

Lust for love

Love

Such a silly thing

Now it is a desire

Fools take it into their own hands

Wise ones wait impatiently

A desire for love

Desire is the devil's love

Wanting, needing

Want it, but don’t

Time is taking itself

Fear of silence

Fear of being alone

Controls your actions

Jealousy feeds the desire

Searching, belittling yourself

One who is not worth you

No love comes from him

But lust

Friends will hate you

Family will be disappointed in you

But lust is better than being alone?

A desire for love

Settling for lust

Да, сложно иногда отделить страсть, похоть от чувства истинного. И те, кому удаётся это сделать, воистину счастливы в этом мире, и дай Бог надежду на счастье каждому, а вдруг и сбудется...

WELCOME TICH ~ Thanks for your first poem ~ which tackles a perennial problem ~ Do we wait for LOVE or settle for LUST. All of us are human and impatient in everything including Love ! However (despite the fact that i've often had to settle for lust ........) once in a while along the way "Love's been good to me !" Thanks fro caring & sharing.
