A lonely planet.

Tizermax

A lonely planet, burning hot.

Has no life, it’s just too hot.

Another planet, travels by.

Bursts into the burning sky.

Together they collide.

A piece of planet breaks away.

Stays in orbit, and cries in pain.

A lonely planet feels its pain.

The fire fades, and blue skies are made.

Steaming oceans, no longer scold.

A paternal bond, has been formed.

In the ocean, life is born.

Maternal is a mother that's born.

And as time goes by.

And bonds grow at bedtime.

Her love of life is abound.

And mother nature is found.

Thanks TIZER for a very thought provoking Poem ! Some say that is how the MOON was formed. Planet Earth has a Moon that is very large and very close ! It produces the tides and provides light at night. You poem explains why the moon is so so BIG & so so CLOSE ! Thanks for sharing ~ Yours BRIAN
