Beauty Between The Lines

MelissaEstrellaVillafana1

Even though they say “never judge a book by its cover” people still do it.

I’d rather be the book that has a boring cover with the best pages that any reader can get their hands on.

I’d rather be a book that only open minded readers can get to read instead of having to see a person only like me because of my cover.

I’d rather be a book whose pages speak for themselves.

I’d rather be a book whose pages make the reader want to keep reading.

I’d rather be a book whose pages intrigue the reader more and more.

I’d rather be a book that captures the reader’s mind.

I’d rather be the book whose cover gets judged all the time because at the end of the day, only the readers who extend their mind to bigger options, get the award-winning book of their choice.

I’d rather have an ugly cover with the best action packed, crime solving, thrill seeking, adventure loving pages..

Good write and so true, you cannot judge any book (or person) by the cover.
