Unstable love

Poems_

I didn't want to believe it
The spark had disappeared
The lightning of love snapped
Crushed into a million pieces
Unable to be put back together
With the unstable love we had

I denyed it
Tried to act like our love was still blooming
Tried to restore the garden
But the flowers kept on dying
And I just kept on crying
I thought maybe the tears could fix the problem
Of the unstable love we had

I accepted it
I left with tears still rolling down my eyes
Tears I wasted on him
My tears were my hope
But I eventually ran out
There was no way we could have fixed
The unstable love we had
