Your darkest hour

eviebee03

As you lie there in the darkest hour of night
Feeling like you can never do it right
Look up to the stars to find a way

Inside the stars you'll always find hope
They are little lights to help you cope
All you have to do is have faith

As into the blanket of the night you stare
Your lost loved ones are smiling up there
Willing you to go on

They are eternally sorry for losing the fight
But pleading you to not yet take the flight
Although you think you are ready

The night is dark in more ways than one
But take it from me you are not done
There's a whole world to explore

The world can be a sad, lonely place
Without the one you long to embrace
But please remember:
That even at that darkest hour of night, when the stars way come and fade, tomorrow is a brighter day!

Very inspiring! Time will heal. We all just have to try to be patient. Easier said than done, I know. Nonetheless, great poem.
