I'm stuck, I'm trapped
There's no way out
From this place called "the mind"
I didn't know what to do. It was like I was zapped
By this mysterious beam, stopping me from being able to shout
There's no exit that I can find
The place was filled with darkness
With whispers and thoughts
None of them were helping me to escape
Will escape be impossible 'cause of the deepness?
I just hope I don't get caught
By the terrifying feelings as large as an ape
A light? Could It be?
Finally a way to leave
My thoughts and feelings behind
Oh how I'm filled with glee
Before I didn't believe
But I've now escaped my mind
