Crushin'

Kimble Williams

I look away so you won’t see me blush

No one can know that you are my new crush

Since I was a youngster, the old heads always said to hide how you really feel

But if that’s the case, how can I let you know that this is real

To me, you are far more than a one-night stand

Your every wish would be my command

There are plenty of guys that look better and are far more tall

But for a woman like you, I would give my all

I always catch hell for being so sensitive

But making you show that beautiful smile is my prerogative

Worlds apart but I seem closer to you every day

I just need to figure out the right words to say

Good write, those words need to be chosen with care.
