She sees everyone's happiness
But they don't she her sadness
The outside of her shows fake smiles
But inside she has been running for miles
She keeps all of her feelings locked away
Sometimes they don't stay
Her friends try to show her that they are there
But inside she can't find room to care
They try to help with the pain but her pain just seems to gain
They say she is full hearted
But her heart is a battle ground that already started
No matter how much help is from her friends
She knows this will never end

Very sad write, I know somebody like this and know that the outside looks so bright but the inside is so sad.
