To My Dearest Friend

Kebiin

Your talents,

Are greater than Rembrandt

Your kindness,

Surpasses that of your beauty

Your selflessness,

Humbles the humblest of men

Your heart,

Never ceases to bleed for others

Your hands,

Healing the wounds of the broken

Your eyes,

Peer past the charade of men

Your words,

Saved a life He thought was worth saving.

  • Comment from author about the poem: This poem is dedicated to a friend of mine who was and still is more valuable to me than most other friends of mine. I try to finds ways to let her know how much I appreciate her, and the words in the last lines are true, she is the reason I'm alive because of the words she said to me.

The choice of your words are very pleasant on the ear and easy for the tongue to form. It is simple but profound. The message is clear.
