O Jesus savior
O how I love you
You have sought me
When I’ve ignored you
Even when wondering in a state of confusion
You have loved me
You have taken me in
Now I praise you
All my life
You have dispelled my darkness
You brought me through strife
Though I may wonder
One thing’s the same
Your love and mercy
I worship your name
I was in darkness
With no light around
Broken and beaten
That’s where you found me
You gave me a chance
To throw my old life away
