Regrets

mariebonilla099

What I've done

Tears of sadness fall from my broken heart

I never thought we

would be apart

When you stopped me asked, “ do you want to be my girl?”

Now that you're gone, I regret saying yes

Saying that you love me all the time

And I believed you

You made me forget about him

but you “promised” you'd never leave

As I write this I'm thinking about you

My hearts melts

knowing that you fucked up

I should've left you before anything happen

between us

But I loved you so

That why I stayed…. but you hurt me

I know they say love is fake

But I believed in you

it hurts so much that I don't know what to do at times

I Lay and cry

Wishing I was a little girl again

and cry on my mom lap and think about everything

THANKS FOR SHARING MARIE ~ Your poem makes me feel so sad that someone as young and as beautiful as you should suffer such pain for LOVE. If you were my GF I would just LOVE YOU and never cause you any pain ! I trust you will find true love very soon. Thinking of you Hugs ~ BRIAN
