Where The Wind Blows

poetboy123

Where the wind blows

No one ever knows

Where it goes

I'll chase it to the ends of the earth

I was ready for this since my birth

I'm set on this path

This world shall feel my wrath

Climbing the walls

Yearning to see past

Despite many falls

Staying steadfast

Where the wind blows

No one knows

But I will follow

Even so

Trapped inside our pen

Didn't hit me till then

I'm tired of being a sheep

I'll refuse to go to sleep

Climbing taking its toll

But this pain will never take my soul

No one knows

Where the wind blows

Past these walls

I'll go if I have to crawl

Struggling to break free

Struggling to try and see

The future beyond this cage

Leaving me filled with rage

So I will climb

No matter the time

For wherever this wind blows

I will go
