Tough Girl

AJ

Tough cookie
Crumble for me
Break and bend and melt

She's a tough girl
But she shouldn't be
Her quiet confident lacks gentility

Dance they command
Through phoney smiles
I sway from my tree

With nowhere to go
As they laugh and mock
And make presumptions
Pointless judgements

Tough girl
Tell me what you see
