Etch

SheWasTheSun

Etch my pain and sketch my change

In ink as black as death

Trace my skin with scars and stains

Until there's no skin left

Take this canvas cloaked in beige

And ruin its pure state

Paint on my grace; draw on my rage

And never erase my fate

Fill my blank pages with riveting stories

Of trials and tears and time

Cover me in chaos and bathe away my boring

And stab me with handsome fine lines

Make my body more than flesh

I've been waiting since the start

Let me wear something more than dress

Make me a moving piece of art

Excellent. I love the sound of some of the lines. The opening two especially and "bathe away my boring". All round good job
