If You Go

If You Go

If you go

I’ll go with you

When you go

I’ll go too

Wherever you go

I’ll go with you

My life is yours

It no longer belongs to me

You took it from me

The day you were born

I cannot live without you

So whenever, wherever you go

I’ll go with you

If you go

WELCOME ~ NANCY ~ thanks for your first poem ~ very sentimental. To me it sounds like MOM ~ who been devoted to her CHILD ever since it was born ? The key line for me is: "My life is yours # It no longer belongs to me # You took it from me # The day you were born. Thanks for caring & sharing ~ Yours BRIAN (UK) Please check my poems ~ Thanks B

Thank you Brian. I do also think it is my devotion to my children and my feeling of being unloved by them, now that they are grown. However, in fact I am very loved by them and many other people. So you see it is my own problem within, not objectively true. Anyway........I will surely check out your poems.
