You're Not The Same

Felicityjones

What happened to you?

Where did you go?

You're just not the same anymore,

You're someone I don't know.

We used to talk,

Now you don't say a word.

We used to laugh,

Now silence is all that's heard.

What happened to us?

Nothing is the same.

A little bit I die inside when someone says your name.

I don't think I can get you back,

The you I ended up falling for.

I've tried everything that I could,

But you've floated too far from shore.

Good write, some relationships just do not progress, one day the right person will be found.
