The tenacious tingle shares my bed with me every night.
It's not a pleasant tingle, it's painful and feels like frost bite.
from my elbows to my finger tips, from my knees down to my toes. No matter what position I try to lie in, it never seems to goes.
It now visits me during the day, it is cruel and obtuse in its ways.
The tingle stings, quickly followed by dull pain, and a quick as you like it repeats itself again.
The rest of my body is not exempt, from the constraint nightmare of my pain. My muscles ache, my joints feel stretched and every movement causes incredible pain.
What I wouldn't give to get out of my skin, to leave this body behind. 20 years of constant pain has driven me out of my right mind.
