She moves,
with the airy grace
of a dancer.
No effort spared;
no gesture wasted
Choreographing breakfast
In her roadside trailer-cafe .

- Comment from author about the poem: Had a fantastic bacon, sausage and egg bun from a trailer on the a59 near Beamsley. I was amazed by the elegance with which the woman did it. Everything calm, quick, delicate. Inspired me to write this. Words don't do justice.

Spent many a holiday up in t'Dales and may well have passed where you got your bun.
It was a good bun as well as beautifully prepared
It is wonderful to be inspired, no matter what the circumstances. I bet you will never forget that!
Sadly with my memory I probably will. I think all my poems are made up. Perhaps they aren't and I've just forgotten.
