Someone Else

Bibbeck

In your first moments of life

Someone else falls and dies.

When you scream your 'baby scream'

Someone else screams in pain.

When you first start to smoke

Someone else is just giving up.

When you first drink alcohol

Someone else is getting drunk

You'll soon be an alcoholic.

When you drive your first car

Someone else is going too fast

Crash, and metal flies everywhere.

When you have your first date

Someone else is splitting up.

When you eventually get married

Someone else is getting divorced.

When you have your first child

Someone else is having an abortion.

When you argue, then divorce

Someone else is getting married.

When you grow old and die

Someone else is being born

The years go by!
