From the day you were born
you didn't know what to expect
Like a storm
from nothing you grow to something
What seems like a matter of years in seconds
you get stronger
cause a little chaos and pain
shed tears
find the eye of the tornado
to find peace
So then you start getting weaker
Slowing down
What seems like the nightmare you've been having every night
you're falling
falling
falling
Then feel nothing
Your heart stops beating and wake up in a gasp
Glad that's over

WELCOME CHELLE ~ tHANKS FOR A VERY POIGNANT FIRST POEM ~ straight from your heart. Atlanta GA is a very beautiful City (but i love Savannah as well) and a great place to stir your muse ! YES in the turbulent 21st C we all experience chaos ~ pain ~ tears ~ BUT (in my experience) PEACE does come with each new dawning ~ but alas it often gets shattered during the day !
