    Thanks AVI ~ we all need an inner HUG. I am a BIOCHEMIST soi do appreciate all of my organs (individually) and try to maintain SYMBIOSIS by healthy eating ~ exercise and avoiding narcotics etc. But the motto is MENS SANA IN CORPORE SANO ~So the Mind & Body must work in harmony to optimise self healing !
