No Love

Uniquemistique

Sometimes I wonder what I could do
To make you love me
To make you want me
To make you need me

Why can't you look at me
With fire in your eyes
And passion
In your heart?

I give you my all
But in your eyes
It's never enough
To please your selfish ways.

When I close my eyes
And think at night
I mentally punish myself
For not being perfect.

Will I ever fully get you?
Will you ever really love me?
Will you give your all
To be with me?

If love really existed
It wouldn't be this way
But my hopes have diminished
That's all I have to say.
