Golden Fly

Jabberwocky

I wrote a hundred letters
Saying subtle things
To work a transformation
On a fly with golden wings

Happens I am like a cat
inching t'wards a bird
But the bird is dead
And my inching is absurd.

It's not about cat-ching the bird that is important . Just like catching a fish is not what fishing is about .
