The ghost of your smile puts an ache in my chest 

With blood acting like waves 

Drowning my heart further in my chest

Shivers glide up my spine

Shaping my back

Numbing my face

A grenade in my throat 

Blood surging out my mouth

I stitch my lips in case of doubt 

You look alone

Caged in pain

Softly unspoken 

Feeling to blame 

Your trapped in your mind

Full of dreams and stars
