I fear that I will see
The darkness upon me
And that ill grow
Into a vicious beast

I do not please.

Thanks for sharing ANGEL ~ You are much to bright to ever be overcome with darkness. However we should avoid the Darkness and the Powers of Darkness whenever we can. God says ~ Some Men love darkness rather than light ~ because their deeds are evil. My advice to all the Ladies in my Group is "Stay in the Light" and "Keep away from Darkness". Yours BRIAN
Inside us all is this beast. It is there to protect us from others who may harm us. It is scary to realize that you would scratch someone's eyes out if they harmed you or a loved one. The devil is a whole different matter. (I'm going to tell lies about so you feel bad, or I'm going to rob a bank to solve financial problems.) we do need to watch those thoughts. Enjoyed.
