shadows

Mary73223

Walking down dark corridors

And through the empty streets

I see shadows creeping,

I hear them whispering

But I keep walking

Ignoring the sounds I hear

And the figures looming just outside of my vision

They watch me waiting for me to fail

To stumble, to mess up just once

And if I do they try to take over

Wearing me down when I'm at my weakest

But when that happens your there

Out shinning the bad

Reaching out with a guiding hand to save me from myself
