The Curse

matt campbell

Owning of a disease that gets placed on us

The curse that makes us do things we wouldn't normally do

The evil that becomes strong

Strong that breaks and makes us weak

A weak character that we've become

To become powerless and forget all past events

As we mask our feelings with the illness, we become one with sin

A sin that places a new meaning and misunderstanding each day

The emotions that get too strong

Curse has grown

Our growing becomes strong

Stronger than ever

Within our beautiful bodies and every living creature

Creatures, that make us happy

The happiness that brings us sanity

Sanity, to be one with ourselves

Once met, the curse is gone

Gone for good to live in peace

Peace once again
