Night Fright

Jabberwocky

Monsters came again last night
And gave my daughter quite a fright!
She would have put up quite a fight
If there had only been more light!

Through fear and fuzz of sleepy head
She had the wit to conquer dread
and knew which path to safety led
and so I woke
with her in bed.
