You haunt me
On the sidewalk
where we first held hands
On the ratty old couch
where your lips
first grazed mine
In the grass
where we gazed at the stars,
never growing chilly
On the roof
where we laughed until dusk
You haunt me
but only in my own mind.

Really very good Baylee
Very good write...
Enjoyed it very much...
I really liked this....i know the pain and torture that goes with loss...everything around you is a reminder...very well written and i thank you for sharing such a beautiful piece
I don't know which is worse , a physical haunting , such as his Ghost , or the mental haunting , of an absence
Good write so full of love and then sorrow.
