Glass and Stone...

P.H.Rose

          Glass and Stone...

       I sit in my box
My box of glass and stone.
Staring to my wall, at my disconnected phone.
No calls I've had today, been non near every day.
No one wants to talk to me, in any kind of way.
I look out of my glass, at blue and white and green.
No soul has ever looked back, for I am never seen.
Time cannot be counted as no clock I have inside
Days and nights are one, my calendar they'd hide.
Darkness and light are my only other friends.
Light will give a smile, but darkness never bends.
One page is sat by me, as outside it starts to rain
a word stands out in bold, I'm now medically INSANE...

Beautiful, the poem. The meaning behind it; frightening. Stay strong. Know that you are loved. Amazing words, powerful impact.
