STRINGS

Louis Gibbs

Keep your brass, wind, and percussion!

I'm a hopeless sucker for the strings.

A soaring violin can transport me,

A moaning cello can bring tears.

Though a well-played grand piano

Can most certainly be a delight,

A good classical string quartet

Completely satisfies my soul.

Those strings do the same thing for me Louis - - a delightfully dreamy read.

Good write, I enjoy all types of music but I can understand your love of string quartets, I have nearly all the sqs of the well known composers and at this very moment listening to the Beethoven String Quartet no 2.

I like the strings , tightly strung from stem to stern , stretched straight within my sights . So soothing slides the bow surmounting such stellar heights .
