Solution or Truth.

Goldfinch60

In this life obstacles get in the way,

Each one is there to be solved,

And as they are solved

Your experience increases,

And your life moves on.

Sometimes though you have a problem

To which you have no solution.

Perhaps it is not a problem to be solved,

It may be a truth,

A truth which needs to be accepted.

Prayer , answers most calls on problems . And the one's that prayer doesn't answer I figure God helps those who help themselves .

    • Goldfinch60

Prayer does answer most problems but what we must remember is that if we ask God for something the answer may be no as God knows a better way. Thanks for your comment S.

A fine write G. Though I've a headache now, "thinking" this time of the morning! (the clock on here shows U.S.A. time I think).

But which timezone I ask. I only use two, Greenwich Meantime or British Summer Time and they can be confusing enough!

      • Goldfinch60

Those truths are just there, they need not be obstructions but just be accepted and then we can move on.

Oohh I know, what with the clocks going back and forward, we dunno if we're coming or going!

I concur fully with the wisdom of this fine poem, Goldfinch. Why else are we here, but to experience and learn from the lessons we have chosen?

        • Goldfinch60

So true Louis, we must never stop learning.

Ouch! You are so right! Damn you! Just kidding. The acceptance is the hard part.

          • Goldfinch60

Acceptance is hard, but if we do not accept that which we cannot do our lives stagnate. Thank you for reading my words.
