Tired illiterate...

P.H.Rose

             Tired illiterate ....

Tiredness creeps along this uneducated soul.
Self inflicted annoyance of nothing learned.
Take hold his compass of measured morality.
Is it low, is it high, will he hold, will he fly.
Illiterate, illegitimate, no history to record.
Abuse, a beast , all else forgotten.
Yet from a past left in its timeline.
A future paved with period possibilities.

I often feel the same way about my biological mom who died when I was 6 months old. She taught foreign languages. Would my lif have been richer. Would I have felt love? Would I not have been so screwed up the first 55 years of my life?
