Each of My Days.

As the sun rises so do I,

The world is out there

For me to enjoy.

I sit in the garden in the early morn

Listening to natures symphony,

As it awakes to this fine day.

I look up and see natures canvas,

Blue with a scattering of white,

The white moving so slowly

Through the blue.

This is the peace of my world,

This peace always is there as the sun rises,

It is always there as the sun sets.

I am there as well, l enjoying the glory

At the beginning and at the end

Of each of my days.

          A fine write G/F.. Why do I spoil it and say ' And then it darkened over and rained'!? heehee. Well we need rain too, I suppose, but that's not your point here!
          Know what you mean - I see some little birds first thing some days. A big, but friendly, black cat, did not catch any, thankfully!

            Wow! Your writing is sooo good. I'm always very touched about poetry. Reading it inspire us to write more. My first language is portuguese and I can create good rhymes in Portuguese but my English is limited. I'm excited because I've found this community.
