Sinking under the waves of anxiety.
No hand to pull me out.
Drowning in my own suffering.
No light in this depth of darkness.
Voices in my head yelling to let go of life.
Just drown in your own misery.
No one will help you now,
Go on and drown end it all.

I'm familiar with those voices. The everyday struggle to just take another step is harder each day. Thank you for this. Even in strangers you can find that you're not alone.
Praying for calmer waters for you. Perhaps this is a season. The great news is, seasons change. Many of us have been at that dark bottom. Keep writing.
Do not drown, just float on the water and your island of dreams will com to you.
