being fit

onepauly

drink i from this well of being

feeling refreshed and in so seeing

much clearer then a second ago

letting high be high and low low

of what to do and how to go

about my tasks no questions asked

no more sneers now shifting gears

slower or faster i am my master

with a bill of health

i am in wealth

with no sickness to be had

im very very glad

stronger a lot longer

my thirst quenched i am drenched

in well being

I love you poem. A nice thing when you realize how grateful one can be. It is a sensation of tranquility.

feeling well doesn't happen every day. it is something to remember when you are feeling well.
      cherish it.

This is a good way to feel good. If we can keep the feeling of feeling good impressed on our mind we could recreate it every time we feel bad and maybe transform the bad into good.

As a "senior" who feels quite a bit younger inside, your poem really speaks to me. We have to be grateful for every day we can function without pain, without grunts, and without the sound of the ambulance!
          Love your poem!

true, we don't feel good every day. so when we are feeling good its a good thing to know it.
and like you put. be grateful at that time. and don't take it for granted. it is something to be cherished at the time.
