Your Nature

David Grubb

Feel the caress of the wind in your hair

The coolness of the summer shower

Enjoy the beauty of the rainbow in a sky so fair

Hold gently natures little flowers

Lie at ease as in the sun you bathe

Watch the birds entertain and play

Dream of childhood as kites fly in the wind

As peace and happiness come to mind

Watch nature and wonder at its beauty

Don’t take caring for it as a duty

Help nature and help yourself

Don’t hide your conscience on a shelf

David i like this. Pure simple enjoyment of being alive and a love of life itself shines out of it. Very refreshing and a thoughtful well put together piece.
