Rural USA (Sorry it's not a city!!)
***********************************
People usually love the big cities
But I like the charms of rural USA
Where you don't have the stress of the traffic
Just the clean air and beautiful days
But if city livin' is for you,
it's just a drive away.
And for now I think I'll stay
In my favorite place--rural USA.
I've been to many great cities,
Oh I could list many!
But my favorite place is right here
And my years left to travel are plenty.

  • Comment from author about the poem: I have visited 100's of CITIES ~ all over the WORLD and each one is SPECIAL. LONDON (UK) is of course very special to me and attracts millions of visitors each year. Despite recent events it is a very safe City ~ please visit. I visited HAVANA a few weeks ago and found it very enchanting especially all the American Classic Cars from the 40's and 50's (pre-revolution). HAVANA is a very colorful and safe City ~ NO Police ~ NO Militia ~ NO Beggars ~ NO Hassle and for ONE DOLLAR you can get a selfie with a colorful CUBAN DANCER ~ and a kiss ! Please write a Poem on your fave City and I will change the photo to Illustrate ~ Thanks Love BRIAN XOX
