My boys birthday write

Poetic Dan

My son is turning thirteen soon, an age I know so well I'd like to write a card to tell him how I feel.

Dear Jake. You are the world to me, there's so many words I could use to tell you endlessly, forever, for eternity how much I love you buddy.

To be with you as you grow
Is a never-ending gift

When times are ruff
Things are hard to let out

Know that I can take all of
Whatever you have to get out

Because that my job as super dad

Remember no matter how high you climb that tree, daddy's a branch above helping you breathe, there's nothing to be scared of I'll always help guide you when you need.

I promise to never let you down a daddy squeeze will always be in Bound, to pick you up or help you calm down. Listening to every sound you make, as I have from the day you took that first breath.

Happy birthday my hansom young man
X You make daddy proud every day x

You can be whatever you want to be in life knowing you'll never let me down.

Great emotional outpouring.. Tell him that people (you) only get older on the outside and have to have responsibilities but on the inside you're same age as him and want to play or join in his interest/hobby or whatever

Well said buddy, he knows I'm more kid than anything else. I skate, play freestyle Frisbee, paddle board and live climbing anything.
The only hobby I try to not join in on as much is gaming, unless it's a family type game. As I know what they did to me, If you know what I mean. There's no medicen on the tell lies vision lol

Very good write and message. May your son go along his path of life knowing that you will always be there for him.

I hope so my friend as it is my one true goal for both of my children to know they can always tell me anything, I believe they will only be as open as you are with them.
