(Baby poems for my son and daughter)
Sandro, sandrini, sandroo
He doesn't know what to do
He hasn't got a hat
And he hasn't got a shoe
.......................
Sandro is a baby boy
He lives upon the moon
He doesn't have a cup
And he doesn't have a spoon
He doesn't have a monkey
To sit upon his head
He doesn't have a blankey
To lay upon his bed
..................
Hannah is a baby girl
Her mouth is full of teeth
She has them on the top
And she has them underneath.

- Comment from author about the poem: Just some rhymes I used to recite to my kids when they were very little to make them smile.\r\nThat was before they realised I was just an old guy full of nonsense.\r\nThought I\\\'d write them down before I forgot them. I forgot some already.

Very cute and catchy
This is adorable, and a prime example that poetry doesn't have a depressing or sad undertone. That it can be happy and carefree! Thank you for sharing- and trust me (as a daughter). One day you're kids will be ever so thankful for the poems you've written for them.
Thank you very much for your comments.
My daughter has started making up rhymes back at me. We rhyme lot, it's fun. 🙂
Sounds like a lot of fun.
quite the verses.
Good writes, I bet the children loved them.
