Who I am

daisychain

My son died and my life changed;

Colour disappeared and everything was grey

Only Nature helped in my quest to heal

And slowly the wound diminishes but will always stay;

So colour became important in my new unwanted life

And I found it in trees and flowers, some travel and the sea.

There will always be a sadness as part of me has gone

But I thank my God of Nature for healing me.

      Beautifully written message of your journey through hell. I suspect you see the colours of springtime and the azure skies far more vividly these days. Great courage and determination in your writing.
